Becoming a Leader(zip)

Use these tools to help you understand and use a servant leadership approach to develop yourself, your staff, and your out-of-school time program.

Guiding Positive Student Behavior(zip)

Use these tools to explore and implement strategies to guide positive student behavior. Get guidance on creating a group norms agreement, engaging students, and providing feedback. Use the cue cards with challenge-solution scenarios to learn and practice on your own or as a team.

Literacy Toolkit(zip)

This toolkit consists of 23 tools and a user guide to help programs infuse literacy into out-of-school time activities.

Summer Learning Implementation Planner(zip)

This planning template for summer programs is accompanied by a sample planner. A user guide walks you through the planner to show how you can use it to complete the steps of summer program planning. Download the zip file to get the template, sample, and user guide.

Training Kits and Job Aids

Each training kit includes a scripted PowerPoint for customized in-person or virtual staff training and a recorded module for asynchronous frontline staff engagement. Job aids are downloadable PDFs offering quick-reference strategies and guidance to support effective 21st CCLC programming.
