21st CCLC NTAC-to-Y4Y Crosswalk

The You for Youth (Y4Y) website served as the U.S. Department of Education’s professional learning and technical assistance portal for 21st Century Community Learning Centers (21st CCLC) programs from 2012 to 2023. It was archived in 2023 with the launch of the 21st CCLC National Technical Assistance Center (NTAC) and the website was archived on Sept. 7, 2025.

Use this crosswalk to locate 21st CCLC NTAC courses and resources that align with nearly 30 major Y4Y learning topics.

Join the 21st CCLC Knowledge Network!

If you lead or work in a 21st CCLC program, you can join your peers in the 21st CCLC Knowledge Network. You’ll find:

  • Groups where you can join or start a discussion on a topic of interest.
  • Announcements about new courses, resources, and learning opportunities.
  • Opportunities to connect with peers.

To join the Knowledge Network:

  • Register as a site user, if you haven’t already done so.
  • Sign in and use the Professional Learning Portal drop-down.
  • Access the Knowledge Network to see posts and groups.
