21st CCLC Century Community Learning Centers NTAC National Technical Assistance Center - Our Partners

OUR PARTNERS

The following organizations work in close partnership with the U.S. Department of Education to implement the 21st CCLC National Technical Assistance Center.

The 21st CCLC NTAC coordinates and collaborates with federal and nonfederal partners, including private-sector partners, whose work aligns with the 21st CCLC NTAC priority and focus areas. Our ultimate goal is to bring the most valuable resources to 21st CCLC professionals to meet today’s needs and build program capacity over time.

INTERAGENCY AGREEMENT (IAAs)

The U.S. Department of Education collaborates with other federal agencies to provide hands-on learning opportunities for students in 21st CCLC programs. The Department currently has IAAs with NASA and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA).

NASA

Hands-on project ideas and resources are helping 21st CCLC programs bring science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM) to life.

NOAA

Using the Meaningful Watershed Educational Experiences model, NOAA partners with environmental education programs and the Department to implement watershed-focused STEM education at participating 21st CCLC program sites.
